Our Facility

More than 3000sqft within an industrial warehouse, with a brand spanking new fit out for May 2023.

We provide changing, shower and toilet facilities, providing a space for you to get ready for your session, or for whatever lies ahead afterwards.

We are fully kitted with BLKBOX equipment and cardiovascular machines from Rogue and Concept2. We also take pride in providing a vast array of equipment that may be needed by the competitive athlete to complete their training and competition qualifiers, including GHD, 10m high ropes and strongman equipment.

Our Location

Walk

Conveniently located for those living and working in the Blackhorse Lane area, including Uplands Business Park and Blackhorse View.

Cycle

We have bike racks where you can lock your bike right outside, located away from the main road. We are well connected by cycle routes with dedicated cycling lanes in the local area.

Train

We're just 350m from Blackhorse Road Station, served by the Victoria Line, so you can find yourself at our door within:

14 minutes from Finsbury Park
16 minutes from Highbury and Islington
19 minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras

We’re also a 16 minute walk from St James’ Street station, providing connections to Clapton and Wood Street via London Overground.

Bus

Service 158 (from Stratford to Chingford Mount) stops nearby at Priestley Way and Blenheim Road.

Drive

A short drive in from the North Circular (A406), providing convenient connections to North East London. We have six dedicated parking spaces available for customers. There are also a number of on street parking options available nearby.
