Want to find out what CrossFit is all about? 
 
Register below to have a free trial session added to your account

If it's your first time doing CrossFit, we have a CrossFit Foundations session just for you on Monday evening's at 6:30pm! Otherwise we also have 12:30pm on Wednesday or 10am on Friday if you're keen to dive in to a regular class.

Can't find a trial session time that works?

Please book a single drop in session at your convenience. If you decide to join, we'll happily deduct the cost off your membership payment. 

What to bring

Just come wearing clothes and a pair of trainers you’re comfortable to workout in, and remember to bring a water bottle. We have changing rooms and showers onsite should you need them, with towel hire available.
